About 4 years ago, taking a chance contacted Helen, knowing she grew up in the farmhouse my husband and I now own. I was curious about the history of the home, and the people named Kohler who had lived there. What a wonderful woman she was! We went through each room, and the stories and memories of her growing up here were so nice to hear. She presented me with a picture of Walter T, her father, and who I call "Miss Florence" her mother and the pictures now sit framed on my desk. She also gave me a beautiful plate that she said her mother had in the kitchen. I treasure these tokens; it seems they are where they belong. I'm starting to cry, so rest in peace, Helen, you dear lady, rest in peace. Denise

To the Beloved family of Helen Koenig: I was saddened to read of the loss of your loved one. When we lose our loved one in death it is the most difficult time in our life. However, there is loving comfort in Psalms 55:22 “throw your burden on God and he will sustain you..” Yes, no matter what you are facing God is there to help you get through it. May you continue to have the love and support from family and friends. I sincerely hope that this Bible message brings you a measure of comfort during this difficult time.
